GENERAL POLICY COMPLIANCE // Returns, Refunds and Research-Use Policy

1. Research use only
All products supplied by CHRGD are sold exclusively for legitimate laboratory, analytical and scientific research purposes.
CHRGD products are not medicines, food products, cosmetics or consumer health products. They are not intended, approved or supplied for human or veterinary consumption or administration. Products must not be ingested, injected, inhaled, applied to the body or otherwise introduced into humans or animals.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are legally permitted and appropriately competent to purchase, handle, store and dispose of the relevant research materials. The customer accepts all liablity.
2. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:

Confirming that purchasing and possessing the product is lawful in their location.

Reviewing all available product information before ordering.

Maintaining appropriate storage, handling and laboratory safety procedures.

Using suitable protective equipment and trained personnel.

Preventing access by children, animals and unauthorised individuals.
-
Disposing of products and packaging in accordance with applicable regulations.
CHRGD reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where unlawful, unsafe or non-research use is suspected.
3. Product information
Any scientific or educational material published by CHRGD is provided for general research information only. It must not be interpreted as medical advice, prescribing advice or an instruction for human use.
CHRGD does not provide guidance concerning human dosage, injection, administration, treatment schedules or personal medical use. References to published studies or experimental research do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of human or veterinary use.
4. Order cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before an order has been dispatched. If CHRGD can successfully stop the shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
An order cannot be cancelled before delivery once it has entered the delivery network. We will not accept a return after this process.
5. Change-of-mind returns
CHRGD does not accept a change of mind return, you must make sure you want this product before confirming the sale with our team.
6. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
The restrictions above do not affect a customer’s statutory rights.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, contaminated, incorrectly labelled or materially different from what was ordered, the customer should contact CHRGD promptly and provide:

Their order number.

Photographs of the product and external packaging.

The product name and batch number.

A description of the problem.
CHRGD will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or other remedy required by law. DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE SECURITY SEAL THIS VOIDS YOUR REFUND
7. Refunds
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
CHRGD will not normally provide a refund for loss or deterioration caused by improper storage, unauthorised handling, contamination after delivery, alteration, repackaging or use outside the product’s stated research purpose.
Nothing in this policy removes any refund, repair, replacement or cancellation right that cannot lawfully be excluded. DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE SECURITY SEAL THIS VOIDS YOUR REFUND
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CHRGD will not be responsible for injury, loss, damage or expense arising from:

Human or veterinary administration.

Ingestion, injection, inhalation or bodily application.

Improper storage, handling or disposal.
-
Use by unqualified or unauthorised individuals.

Alteration, dilution, reconstitution, repackaging or combination with other substances.

Use outside the product’s stated research purpose.

Failure to follow applicable laws, warnings or safety information.
The customer remains responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their lawful research and for implementing suitable laboratory safeguards. WE DO NOT CONDONE USE FOR HUMANS. ALL MEDIA DIRECTING TO THE IDEA OF HUMAN CONSUMPTION IS EDUCATIONAL THEORETICAL ONLY.
